Pebble Beach
Pebble Beach is a world famous coastal community located on the Monterey Peninsula that is also a resort destination. It is home to many prestigious golf courses including the Pebble Beach Golf Links, widely regarded as one of the most beautiful in the world.
Pebble Beach is a gated community bordered by Pacific Grove to the north and Carmel-by-the-Sea to the south. Between these communities is 17-Mile Drive, a scenic road through Pebble Beach which hugs the Pacific coastline and passes famous golf courses, luxury estates and scenic attractions, including the Lone Cypress, Bird Rock and the 5,300-acre Del Monte Forest of Monterey Cypress trees.
Pebble Beach is synonymous with golf. In addition to its namesake course, other distinguished course include the Spyglass Hill Golf Course, the Links at Spanish Bay, Cypress Point Club, and the Monterey Peninsula Country Club.
Pebble Beach is home to extraordinary events and the world’s biggest golf tournaments including the 2019 U.S. Open. Each year people from around the world descend to Pebble Beach to attend the AT&T National Pro-Am Golf Tournament and the Concours d’Elegance Auto Week.
Pebble Beach offers outdoor experiences from sunrise to sunsets. There are six pristine beaches and nearly 30 miles of hiking trails to explore. Cycling 17 Mile Drive coastline is widely popular. The community is teeming with wildlife, with Black-tailed deer grazing on the golf courses and harbor seals, belching sea lions, and an array of gulls and cormorants visiting Bird Rock. Off the coast, gray, blue and humpback whales pass through the Monterey Bay, and sea otters float in kelp beds.
